NIDHI SARDA – RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY


At Nidhi Sarda, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help—with store credit or exchanges in accordance with the policy outlined below.


General Return Policy

No Refunds: We do not offer refunds under any circumstance except where the product is found to be defective or damaged due to a fault on our part.

Store Credit Only: All eligible returns will be compensated with store credit, which can be used for future purchases at www.nidhisarda.com. Store credit will be issued in the form of a credit code valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Final Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or during promotions are final and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.


Eligibility for Return


To be eligible for a return:

The return request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at thenidhiskabra@gmail.com.

The item must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all original tags, packaging, and invoice intact.


Please note: Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.


Returns Due to Damage or Error


If you receive a product that is:

Damaged,

Defective, or

Incorrect in terms of size or style,


Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue. After our team reviews and approves the case:

You will be offered a replacement, store credit, or a full refund (only if the fault lies with us).

In such cases, we will bear the return shipping cost and coordinate the pickup.


Important Notes

Return shipments must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking.

Nidhi Sarda is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Store credit must be used in one transaction and is applicable only on cart values equal to or greater than the credit amount. Any balance amount must be paid by the customer.
