We are pleased to offer FREE shipping across India on all orders.

For international orders, shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the package.

All our garments are proudly shipped from our base in Pune, Maharashtra.

Dispatch Timelines

• Domestic Orders (India): Orders are typically dispatched within 30–90 business days.

• International Orders: Orders, including ready-to-ship garments, are dispatched within 30–90 business days.

• Made-to-Order Pieces (Domestic & International): Depending on the complexity of the design, production and dispatch may take 30–90 business days. Please refer to the specific garment’s product page for estimated timelines.

Delivery Timelines

• Within India: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after dispatch.

• International: Delivery usually takes 10-12 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances including weather disruptions, courier delays, or political events. We will keep you informed at every step of your order journey.

Order pickups from our Pune studio may be arranged upon request. Kindly reach out to our customer care team for assistance.

Duties and Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges, if any, must be borne by the recipient.

As import policies vary, we are unable to predict the exact cost or occurrence of such fees. If any customs duties or taxes are not accepted and settled by the recipient, Nidhi Sarda will not be held responsible for non-delivery, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
