By placing an order with Nidhi Sarda, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all purchases and are binding under Indian law.

1. Made-to-Order Policy

All garments sold by Nidhi Sarda are exclusively made to order. Each item is individually handcrafted once an order is confirmed. We do not carry ready stock or inventory.

2. No Cancellations or Refunds

• All sales are final.

• Orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances once placed.

• This is due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our work.

3. Color Variation

• Product images are for reference only. While we strive for accuracy, slight differences in color may occurdue to lighting, photography, and screen settings.

• Such variations will not be considered defects or grounds for cancellation.

4. Production & Delivery Timelines

• Standard production time is 30–60 working days from the date of order confirmation.

• Lehengas and other bridal or heavy garments may take 30-90 workingdays, depending on complexity and handwork involved.

• Timelines are indicative and may vary based on production and logistics conditions.

5. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
